May 3rd 2020

As you may have heard, we have been experimenting with Zoom to produce a Sunday Eucharist service at 10 am each Sunday.

We are now ready to go 'live' with the service and are inviting you to join us next Sunday. In order to do this you will need to download Zoom and register yourself on it, then you log in on Sunday morning about 10 minutes before 10 - this will give Den Cowdrey time to ensure everything is working correctly. An order of service will be emailed on Saturday morning containing details of Celebrant, Preacher and who is reading the Lessons and Intercessions. Details of the readings will be included on the order of service. The order of service will be a Word document so that you will be able to print  and follow the service on hard copy.

If you would like to participate please respond to Val Rice by Friday morning and she will arrange for you to be included in the Zoom group.

If you have a problem with printing the order of service please let Val know and she will arrange for a hard copy to be delivered to you on Saturday. Please respond with 'Sunday Service' in your subject line.

In order to participate you will need a computer or tablet with a camera and microphone. In addition, you will need to install the free version of the Zoom app. If you need help getting set up, Dennis Cowdrey is more than happy to assist. He is also working on a user guide, which will include basic security recommendations. The guide will also include instructions to securely join the meeting (service) each Sunday.

Stay safe
