CHURCH DIARIES 2021
are a little late this year but they will be arriving this month.
Due to the new lockdown the diaries have been a little further delayed but hopefully will be delivered to us soon.
We will announce as soon as we have them and they will be available from the Rectory or Rectory Office until the Church is open.
A suitable donation would be gratefully received and this can be placed in the Donation box in Church when we are able to be there.
CHRISTMAS PRESENTS FOR FSW FAMILIES
We are now collecting monetary donations for Christmas presents to be bought for Family Support Work families.
We would also be very grateful for donations of non-perishable Christmas food items such as Christmas cakes and biscuits, mince pies, savoury items, etc.
If anyone would like to donate any of these items please leave them at the Rectory on Thursday mornings or contact Sonia Fox (745703).
SUNDAY LUNCH CLUB
Volunteers are delivering a complimentary Christmas Lunch on Sunday, 13 December, to about 45 participants who normally attend the Sunday lunches.
Any donations towards costs would be very much appreciated.
Contact Sonia Fox (745703).
CHILDREN'S GIFT SERVICE Sunday 6th December 10am
Everyone is invited to bring presents for needy children which will be distributed through the Salvation Army locally in the Worthing, Littlehampton and Petworth areas.
Gifts may also be delivered to the Rectory Office on Thursday morning, 3 December.
A simple, durable and inexpensive toy or book will be much appreciated.
Please wrap gifts using ribbon or string rather than sellotape.
A label stating contents and suitable age-range will help Salvation Army staff give presents to appropriate children.
CHRISTIANS IN STORRINGTON INTER-CHURCH PRAYER MEETINGS
First Tuesday of each month at 10am – 10.30am either in Our Lady of England RC Church or “Matt’s Meadow”
(please check venue beforehand with Revd Charles Hadley 740787).
Christians from many different churches in and around Storrington get together to pray for Storrington and the world.
It is quite informal and everyone is most welcome.
FACE COVERINGS/MASKS IN CHURCH
It is now required that face coverings/masks must be worn by everyone attending a Service in Church.
